RLM Financial Services provides professional services including tax preparation, bookkeeping, notary services, and credit-related support. Because of the nature of these services, time, expertise, and work may begin immediately after engagement.
2. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as tax refund amounts, credit score increases, or financial results. Payments are for services rendered, not outcomes.
3. Refund Eligibility
- If a payment was made in error
- If services have not yet started
- If a duplicate charge occurred
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services have already begun or been completed
- Work has been performed based on information you provided
- You choose not to proceed after work has started
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes that were not guaranteed
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service, you must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests submitted before work begins may be eligible for partial or full refunds at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in termination of services and refusal of future service.
7. Processing Refunds
